Ft2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ft2 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ft2 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms is ongoing and applies to every session, including any updates or amendments made from time to time. ft2 reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident to use ft2 services.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ft2 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ft2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ft2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user disclosing their password to another party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ft2 platform complies with all applicable local laws. You agree not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, or to use automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from using another person's username, password, or account information. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether carried out by yourself or by a third party who gains access with or without your knowledge.
Ft2 reserves the right to monitor activity on the platform for security and compliance purposes. Any activity suspected of violating these terms will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the ft2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). ft2 supports local payment methods including online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time based on operational requirements.
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's transaction page and is subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must come from legitimate funds owned by the user. ft2 does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of users.
Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. Processing times depend on the selected method and are subject to ft2's internal verification procedures. Any taxes or charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the user.

All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Foreign currencies are not accepted directly through the platform.
Liability Limits, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Ft2 Liability Limit
Ft2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, or failures in the user's internet connection.
In the event that ft2 is found liable for any claim, ft2's maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Ft2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ft2 support team. Any valid account balance will be refunded upon completion of identity verification, provided there are no outstanding claims or ongoing investigations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ft2 platform — including trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of ft2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ft2.
Using the ft2 name or logo for advertising, promotional, or any commercial purpose without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The ft2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. ft2 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services.
Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before providing personal information or conducting any financial transactions on those sites.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ft2 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the ft2 platform shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or legal proceedings relating to the use of this platform.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed from these terms, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
